The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the receptionist even assisted with carrying luggage to the higher floors as there is no elevator. the cleaning service is efficient and the breakfast is satisfactory. some rooms have technical issues, like air conditioning conflicts and showers with broken doors. Despite these problems, the staff's outstanding service compensates for the hotel's shortcomings.
The hotel needs renovations as some rooms have old furniture and unpleasant smells.

The hotel's location was quite central, making it easy to walk around town. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in all areas of the hotel.
The furniture was old and worn out. The bathroom had poor ventilation, which caused a musty smell.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly, always going above and beyond to please me. The receptionist was especially great, even helping me carry my suitcase to the 3rd floor. The cleaning service was amazing, quick and efficient. Additionally, the woman serving breakfast was sweet and very polite. the staff made my stay memorable and enjoyable.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist and make my stay more comfortable. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with several key attractions within walking distance. the breakfast provided was quite tasty and provided a good start to the day.
The hotel had several technical issues that were not addressed well. the room I stayed in had old and outdated furniture and a very strong odor.
